Zichron Capital Equity Pty Ltd, trading as Zichron Property Group ("Zichron", "we", "us"), is a registered commercial builder and roofing contractor based in Caulfield, Victoria (Builder registration DBU 14371 · CB-L 100021). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information gathered through remediation.zichron.com.au and in the course of quoting and delivering remediation and roofing work.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect:

We do not sell personal information. We only disclose it to insurers, strata managers or other parties involved in a specific job where doing so is necessary to deliver that job, or where required by law.

Advertising, cookies and tracking

This site uses PostHog to measure page visits, scrolling, clicks, form progress and site usage. Session replay is enabled with all form inputs masked so entered details are not visible in recordings. We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to build audiences for future campaigns, including retargeting people who have visited this site. Meta may combine this data with information it already holds about you in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can manage the ads you see and your ad preferences directly through your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance of Australia.

Storage and retention

Enquiry and job data is stored in Australian-region cloud infrastructure and retained for as long as necessary to service your enquiry, complete any resulting job, and meet our legal and warranty record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us to:

• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Delete information we no longer need to hold
